Conditions apply 3K Floor Wood Floor Warranty Policy

- Customers need to install and use the product according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- The product is only warranted when there is damage due to manufacturer errors such as warping, shrinkage, or fading.
- Damage needs to be proven clearly and realistically.
- The product must be within the warranty period.
- Need to keep invoices, purchase orders, or warranty cards from being torn, erased.

Cases Not Covered By Warranty

- Natural wear and tear through use.
- Product installed outdoors.
- Damage due to customer's use error.
- Customers arbitrarily dismantle or move the product.
- Damage due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters and fires.

Notes When Using Laminate Flooring

- Only use wooden floors indoors.
- Avoid dragging heavy or sharp objects on the floor.
- Do not use sharp objects to clean the floor.
- Use diluted and sparing detergents to clean the floor.
- Wipe the floor with a wrung-out damp cloth, avoid pouring water directly onto the floor.
- Keep the floor out of contact with rain water.
- Room temperature should not exceed 50°C, avoid placing near heat sources.

Notes When Installing Laminate Flooring

- Allow the floor to adapt to the construction environment for at least 48 hours before installation.
- Keep the distance from the floor to the wall at least 10mm.
- The ground surface must be flat, with a difference of no more than 2mm per meter.
- Use disconnecting/connecting braces for areas longer than 10m.
- Do not stack foam floor panels on top of each other.
- Make sure the lock joint is tight, avoid damaging the lock when typing.
- Do not use glue to fix wooden floors.
- Install the wooden floor in the correct position, the first row must be straight and balanced.
- Install staggered rows, with a minimum deviation of 300mm.
